Dive‑In Meditation is a guided sequence for slowing down and reconnecting with your breath. Moving through gentle stretches and restorative poses, you hold each shape long enough to feel a true release - about 30 seconds before transitioning to the next. The final five‑minute seated meditation allows you to sink even deeper, making this an ideal practice for winding down in the evening or clearing your mind after a hectic day.

The flow itself helps open the spine, hips and shoulders without overstressing any joint. As you move, focus on inhaling fully and exhaling completely; each breath is a mini‑reset. By the time you settle into the closing meditation, you’ll already feel calmer and more grounded. It’s a short investment with a huge payoff for your nervous system and overall wellbeing.
