Couch to Fit+ is the loaded version of Couch to Fit - same couch, same structure, but now with a pair of dumbbells in the mix. Tricep dips still run through the whole workout, three sets deep, while split lunges, calf raises and bicep curls pick up external resistance. It is the natural next step for anyone who has outgrown pure bodyweight training but is not ready to trade the living room for a gym.
The sequencing follows the same logic as the original: dips return again and again to accumulate pushing volume, while the dumbbell exercises rotate the load through the lower body and arms in between. Split lunges hit each leg independently, exposing and correcting strength imbalances that two-legged squats hide. Calf raises with added weight force the calves to work against more than gravity for the first time. Bicep curls finish each round with direct arm work, right when your triceps are asking for a break.
Hold the dumbbells steady at your sides during split lunges and drop your back knee straight down, not forward - the front leg should do the lifting. On curls, keep your elbows pinned to your ribs so the biceps move the weight, not your shoulders or your momentum. And on the dips, same rule as always: control the way down.
The plus sign is not decoration. It is extra weight, and you are about to feel all of it.
Make it Harder: Elevate your feet on a chair during tricep dips.
Make it Easier: Use lighter dumbbells or do the lunges and calf raises without weight.
