DAREBEE Workout: What it Works

Ascendant Workout is an upper-body strength challenge that will test your endurance, control, and core stability. Built around push-ups and plank holds, this workout gradually intensifies, pushing your muscles to their limits. Each round challenges your arms, shoulders, and core, building strength and resilience with every rep.

The final exercise - a push-up plank hold to max - is where you truly ascend. It’s the ultimate test of endurance, requiring grit, stability, and mental toughness to hold on for as long as possible. Rise to the challenge, push through the burn, and finish strong!

Extra Credit: Hold push-ups plank (the final hold) for over 10 seconds (count to 10).
