7oz (200g) firm tofu
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
½ teaspoon turmeric
½ cup almond milk

1Combine almond milk, nutritional yeast and turmeric in a bowl, mix and set aside.
2Finely dice the onion and transfer it to a frying pan. Add ½ cup of water, cover the frying pan with a lid and saute the onion at high heat for 5 minutes or until onion is soft and all the water has evaporated.
3Crumble tofu into the frying pan using your hands.
4Pour the milk mixture over tofu and stir to combine. Cook the crable over medium heat for 2 minutes stirring continuously. Serve hot.
