One of the easiest cabbage recipes - sauteed with onions and tomato paste. It takes just minutes to prepare (mostly slicing and dicing) and after that you just need to keep an eye on the pot from time to time making sure it still has enough moisture to saute in (water and juices). It helps to simmer it from time to time but otherwise it's fairly straightforward. Although basic the recipe is very high in nutrients and low in calorific value - so it has that going for it.
It can be served on its own or it can be combined with fried turkey mince. To make the mince just season it and fry in a covered pan for 10-15 minutes and mix with the sauted cabbage and simmer for another 5 minutes - and serve.
