6 medium size sausages
pack of spinach [ 250g / 10 oz ]
olive oil for frying

1Cut the sausages and arrange them in a single layer in a frying pan. Fry until golden on one side, flip over and fry until cooked through.
2Fill a deep frying pan with spinach, add olive oil, cover with a lid - shimmer and stir occasionally until cooked through.
3Serve sausages with spinach.
