Upgrade your roasted tofu with soy sauce and nutritional yeast for added protein content and B vitamins. The nutritional yeast will give your tofu that delicious crispy cheesy flavour.
7oz (200g) tofu
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1Preheat the oven to 464°F (240°C).
2Cut tofu into cubes, coat with olive oil and then with soy sauce, lastly sprinkle with nutritional yeast. Arrange it on a baking sheet with enough space between each cube.
3Roast it for 4 minutes at a grill setting (or fan if you don’t have a grill) or until it turns golden brown. Serve hot.
