1 sweet potato, steamed or baked
1 cup kale or lettuce leaves
2 tortilla wraps

1Slice sweet potato and cut the cucumber into strips.
2Arrange half of kale or lettuce leaves over a tortilla wrap, add half a sweet potato and half a cucumber. Wrap and repeat with the other tortilla. Enjoy!
