Miso Spread

If you like deep flavors this spread is a must. Rich, creamy and satisfying it is also nutritious. You can use it as a dip or as a spread to go with your bread.

You don’t have to use nutritional yeast flakes but it’s highly recommended that you do. They add extra protein content and give the spread slightly cheesy flavor. What is miso? Miso is a paste made from fermented soybeans and barley or rice malt. It is commonly used in Japanese cooking.
