2 cups frozen green beans
1 cup frozen peas
1 red bell pepper (optional)
3 tablespoons water
½ teaspoon salt
½ tablespoon olive oil

1Prep the veggies: clean and cut red bell pepper into small pieces. Break green beans into two or three pieces with your hands.
2Combine everything (except olive oil) in a non-stick frying pan. Saute over high heat for five minutes or until all water has evaporated.
3Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
