1 cup (250ml) pomegranate juice
2 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons gelatin

1Add juice and honey to a saucepan.
2Heat up the juice until it’s hot - but not boiling.
3Add gelatin and stir until it dissolves. It should take about 2 minutes.
4Cool and pour into molds.
5Refrigerate (not in the freezer) until solid then remove from the molds. Keep in a tupperware container in the fridge.
