Garlic Yogurt Sauce

This sauce is a good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin D and Calcium, and a very good source of Vitamin C and Vitamin K.

INGREDIENTS 7oz (200ml) yogurt
1oz (30g) mixed greens
4 garlic cloves
Makes 2 portions 100 Calories per portion

Carbohydrates 15g
Fat 3g
Fiber 2g
We Used parsley, dill and spring onions and soy yogurt.

Instructions

1Finely chop mixed greens. Clean and dice garlic cloves.

2Combine with yogurt and serve.
