Keep a bag of green beans in the freezer and you can make this spicy side dish any time in roughly half an hour. It goes well with any type of meat or fish or can be served on its own.
2 garlic cloves
1Peel and crush garlic cloves. Mix green beans with the crushed garlic in an ovenproof dish. If you are using fresh green beans, add a tablespoon of water.
2Cover with foil and roast in the oven at 392°F (200°C) for 25 minutes.
3Uncover, mix and roast for another 10 minutes. Serve hot!
