Garlic Butter

Garlic is awesome. It fights off disease, it enhances our immune system, it’s a prebiotic - and it’s best in raw form. Unfortunately, just crunching on raw garlic is less than ideal and its properties are somewhat reduced once it has been sauteed. A more delicious way to do it is to mix it with butter and use it as a spread.

2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp dill
