Millet is a good source of Manganese. It’s easy to make and it can be used instead of oats for breakfast.
1 cup of water
1Rinse the millet under running water then transfer it into a small saucepan.
2Cover it with 2 cups of water and place over high heat.
3Boil millet for 10 minutes or until all water has evaporated. It should be soft and fluffy when ready. Serve right away or store in tupperware in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- You can make it ahead of time and keep it in tupperware in the fridge for up to 5 days and use as part of other recipes.
