Chicken Breast

This is the easiest and fastest method to steam-fry chicken breast. Unlike with a boiling method, the meat ends up looking a lot more appealing. There is no need to use any butter or oil for this recipe even if you are using a pan without a non-stick coating.

You can then use the cooked breasts in other recipes or serve and eat right away.

½ cup water

1Cut the chicken breast into two halves lengthwise to make it thinner. It’ll allow the meat to cook faster and ensure it cooks through.

2Place the meat in a frying pan, add ½ cup water and cook at medium-high heat for 7-10 minutes. Flip them and cook on the other side for another 5 minutes. All the water should evaporate from the pan in that time.

3You can now brown each piece on both sides if you want. Store the meat for later or serve right away.
