Cheesy Cauliflower tastes almost as good as mac and cheese! And it is fairly easy to make. Boil the cauliflower florets until soft, drain the water, mix with cheese and mayo and quickly brown in the oven.

1 tbsp mayo

1Cut the cauliflower into individual florets.
2Boil the florets in medium saucepan over high heat for 15 minutes.
3Combine the cooked florets with mayo, add to a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
4Bake in the middle of the oven at 200°C (392°F) for 5 minutes or until the top become golden.
