1 garlic clove
2 teaspoons salt
1 lt water

1Cut the cabbage into strips, dice the tomato, onion and garlic clove.
2Transfer into a pot, cover with water and season with salt.
3Bring to a boil and then lower the heat to a shimer. Cook for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
