Good for your soul and your digestion, a cabbage soup should be on everyone’s menu, at least once in a while. It’s very low in Calories but high in vitamins C and K. It is also high in fiber and will help control blood sugar levels.
1 garlic clove
1Cut the cabbage into strips, dice the tomato, onion and garlic clove.
2Transfer into a pot, cover with 1lt of water and season with salt for taste.
3Bring to a boil and then lower the heat to a shimer. Cook for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
