This yogurt is a good source of Folate and Manganese, and a very good source of dietary fiber. It’s low fat and it contains 12g of protein per portion. It is technically a smoothie but it’s thick and sweet and sour just like yogurt. It makes for a perfect high protein low fat breakfast.
1 cup (200ml) milk
1Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve chilled. Can be made the night before and served for breakfast.
- Using canned beans: 15 ounces (425 grams) weight includes the liquid in the can. One can of beans drained yields 8oz (240g) of beans.
