2 oz ( 60ml ) milk
1 oz ( 30ml ) cheese
1/2 tbsp olive oil

1Pour milk and eggs into a bowl, season and whisk together until smooth.
2Dice the onion and add it to the bowl with shredded cheese. Mix with a spoon.
3Coat a shallow baking dish with oil and pour the mixture in. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 ºC / 356 ºF fan.
4When ready leave to cool down for another 15 minutes.
