2 small apples
2 tsp honey
1 oz (30g) walnuts
cinnamon or nutmeg for taste

1Core the apples making sure not to puncture the bottom of the apples so that the juices will remain.
2Full them with walnuts, drizzle with honey and sprincle with cinnamon (or nutmeg).
3Place into individual foil wrap.
4Bake in the oven at 200° C (392° F) for 45 minutes. Done.
