Program by DAREBEE

Code of Abs Plus is the “level up” version of Code of Abs - still a 30-day plan, still clear and repeatable, but now with equipment to push your core harder. You will use a pull-up bar for hanging work and a bench for deeper range sit-ups and reverse crunch patterns. Many days keep the same three-level structure, and other days use simple ladders, combos, and short set blocks that make the challenge feel fresh without getting complicated.

Across the month you will train the full job description of the core: brace, resist movement, and control movement on purpose. Hanging leg raises, circles, knee-ins, and twists build serious lower-ab strength and teach you to stay stable while gravity is doing its best to pull you apart. Bench work adds range and time-under-tension, while planks, side planks, and body-saw style drills build anti-extension strength and cleaner positioning. Regular posterior-chain and mobility days are built in too, so your hips and lower back stay happy as the volume climbs.

This program is for anyone who has a base level of core control and wants more challenge, more variety, and more strength carryover. If you finished the original Code of Abs, this is a natural next step, and if you are already training, it works well as a focused core block alongside your workouts. After 30 days, expect stronger bracing, better hanging control, improved trunk stamina, and a more “locked-in” feel in everything from lifts to running form. Definition still depends on nutrition, but the core strength you build here is the part you keep.

I love the pictures, the variety, the amount of time it takes to complete a workout and how you can mix and match if you have a lot of energy or only repeat 3 times if you don’t feel like exercising. The website is awesome and I recommend it whenever I talk about fitness with other people. I cannot thank Darebee enough for how much this project has helped me in having a solid exercise routine and how to deal with exercise when tired, injured or when I don’t have much time.

I also love the concept of "exercise of the day". This website is just awesome. I came to know this website around 2025 since than it has been bookmarked in my browser. I request the developers to please launch the mobile app. I would absolutely love to see it's app on the app Store.
