    Day 1) Solid Base routine that focuses primarily on quads. Day 2) Expanse Workout focuses on chest and triceps:



    Day 3) V-Cut yoga workout for abs Day 4) Rearward - yoga workout for your back



    Day 5) Ground Control - yoga workout for glutes Day 6) The Fold Workout - stretching routine Happy Folding!



    Day 7) Dynamic Plank Workout - for rock hard abs and core

        "Repeat each exercise for 1 minute"? So we have to do 2 sets? And what's 'pulsating'?
        Not suitable for beginners? I'll give it a try today.

                        Pulsing squat for instance is to perform squat and then pulse in the position without standing up

                          I don't really know it, but I would guess, "pulsing" means to do this more fluent, That up and down and up in a squat is more a flowing move, that you don't have a "locked" position...
                          But this is just a guess...

                            which means, not going fully up and down, just "pulse", move a little bit, up and down... right?

                              lpf - that is also how I understand it

                              Perform a squat and hold it at the bottom as you pulse a few inches up and down.
