              forget about week 1+2 - just start with week 3 as your starting point

                  As already mentioned-- you could start today, week 3 (63 reps)! Whatever you choose to do, you're doing great, push-up-wise

                            How do we count variants of 1-arm-pushups? Just the reps per side or reps total?
                            So if i did 15 Reps/Side should i count it as 15 reps for the weekly target or as 30 ?

                              there is a mean and fiendishly answer to your question: you count them only as 0.5, because its only a half push-up refering to the classical ones

                              and then the legal answer: 1 push-ups = 1 count - whatever variant you are using down and up (with one or two arms) = 1 count
