Tomorrow week 3 begins!
in week 1 we started with 5 per day, in week 2 with 7 per day. What do you think about 9 per day in week 3? That would be another increase of 2 and also an even number throughout the week. So we have a total of 63 for the coming week. But you can also do them throughout the day if you like - nobody will stop you, because the Pushers are unstoppable 

Or are there other sugesstions for the coming week that would suit all of us even more? We are open to suggestions
In the end, it is just a goal we set us - if you want to do more or even less, thats fine as well - the prime goal is that we return to the Pushers Club and stick to our routine and therefore to our improvement
