Some staggered in them, diamond, close grip, wide grips, Archer in sets of 10 throughout the day.
Also Forearm Push-ups or Sphinx Push-ups or Tricep Extension, a set of those too. They all seem the same with different names

I have to confess that i neglected "The pushers" for a complete week.
I guess that problem is that i did not make it a habit to do pushups each day. At the end of each week "The pushers" come to my mind. And then i try to fit in the pushups for
one week into 1-2 days.
So what's your opinion. How should i proceed? Drop out of "The pushers", just skip the week and continue with the next? Redo the last week on top of the next one?
Nebulus, you could either skip this week and continue with the next, or redo last week and continue with the next (week 13).
What you shouldn't do is to drop out of the Pushers. If you decide to skip this week, no worries, it's not like you're getting thrown out..
It's totally up to you, the rules aren't very strict.. Keep pushing.
noname Sounds good. I guess i'll just take on next week and try to make pushups a habit. Broken down to single days it's not that much volume (currently).
So i could try to do it right after getting out of bed in the morning.
