    Week 1 complete- however....

    Not sure how I'm reacting to multiple days of the same movement. Feeling some aches in my elbow and knee. Will see how this week goes before making any major adjustments.

        I'm considering joining this, probably starting next monday, but got a quick question: Do pushups that are already part of another program count towards the weekly count? (currently doing 30 days of gravity which has quite a few pushups build in already)

            There's nothing wrong in adding the reps done with workouts.
            Actually, since I found boring accruing all the reps needed to finish each week, I started doing several different workouts containing push-ups, modifying them as it suited me to get more reps done.
            That was more fun, and contributed substantially to my fitness.

              Not sure yet whether I won't get bored of doing the same exercise all the time or whether I won't get overwhelmed with all the other things I'm wanting to do, but only one way to find out so might as well try!

                        I got sidelined on this challenge last year with a partially torn tendon in my shoulder but I'm all healed up so far as I can tell and going to try it again this year.

                                I'm done with this, but I will follow.
                                The challenge left me with the good habit of pushing, and I am currently doing a daily ladder with ten push-ups + the number of the day (e.g. 11/12 ... 21/22/23...) done in one go. Each month the count is reset.
