              I’m in! Goal- at least 105 reps per week (not including programs, challenges) for a 52 week total of 5460 reps. Focus will be on dive bomber pushups, but will be free to adjust.

              Will also do an equal amount of pull/ posterior movements for balance- i.e snow angels, KB rows etc.
