      Sorry sg135, I was using slang where rather than sick = unwell, sick = did more than was intended and/ or probably sensible.
      The majority of the push ups were optional exercises, not part of the programs central workout, that I did for fun.

          Week 19 done! Onto 308.

            I sailed through Week 39: 574/574.

            Day one : 92/Red reaper (210 reps).
            Day two: 28 classic/Power punch exp (100 reps)/Less is more (50 reps).
            Day three: Gravity modified (150 reps).

            56 in to Week 40.

            Well done everybody and enjoy the weekend!
