        My first week of [The Pushers] ends with 147 reps.
        I did more this week, but I only count my daily 21…

        week one / 35 reps •• done
        week two / 49 reps •• already 28 reps done
        week three / 63 reps •• not done yet
        week four / 70 reps •• not done yet
        week five / 84 reps •• done

          Update:
          Week 1 - done 35/35 classic push-ups
          Week 2 - done 50/49 classic push-ups
          Week 3 - done 65/63 classic push-ups
          Week 4 - done 70/70 classic push-ups
          Week 5 - done 100/84 classic push-ups
          Week 6 - 20/100 so far.

            I am joining this challenge at week 11, with 132 handles push up done.
            I was afraid I couldn't keep up with the schedule, therefore I tried it without getting public.

            It seems I am able to follow, so these are my achievements:
            Week 1-3, handles push ups,
            Week 4, handles push up (35 wide, 6 diamonds),
            Week 5, handles push up (37 wide),
            Week 6, handles push up,
            Week 7, handles push up, (59 wide),
            Week 8-9, handles push up,
            Week 10, handles push up (25 wide),
            Week 11, as said 132 handles push up (25 wide) so far.

            I plan to go on, doing diamond and staked push up also!

            Let's keep going pushing!

                              Thank you Fremen. I was wondering because my wrists really appreciate raised push-up, while the rest of the body screams "Why is it so hard now?" I am currently thinking about every equipment I see/ hear about, so I was curious, if there would be any reason for me to buy handles. Maybe in the distant future for calisthenics.

                                VacTom I bought the handles for my partner who has a problem with a wrist, now I'm using them because they allow you to make a very wide movement, chest on the ground, made the push-ups slowly with wide movement become very difficult and to get the same effort I don't have to do push-ups that hurt my shoulders more, which is my weak point.
