I'm really curious on the palm position of the push up so could I drop in a question for all pushers here:
What palm position do you normally do while doing push up? Is it flat or clamper?

I always try to flatten my palms but it tends to curve up when my forearms get sored

            Week one complete!

Started with "The Pushers" last Monday and did every day five push ups (on top of what was required for <Totals> or the DailyDare the other day because the rep count is still low )

Sundance Thanks for the link, very handy! 👍 (even though it was addressed at Haidare... )

I was already calculating if the 100er badge falls on Aprils fool, but it's a few days earlier... I might wait with claiming it till April first, though

                      Week three with 63 push-ups done! 💪
Nine push-ups every day on top of what the < Totals > asked for. 💪💪💪

I'm still doing inclined push-ups, but the performance got waaaaaaay better already!
And I think I'll be able to do the first proper push-up in my life on the floor in two or three weeks...

So I finished week four with 70 push-ups (10 per day) yesterday. Actually I did 140 push-ups last week because of the <Totals> program.

Then I attempted to do my first proper push-up ever on the ground and landed flat on my belly at first try. Tried it again, but this time I was prepared to be carefuller and managed to go all the way down (without touching the ground) but I couldn't manage to push myself up from there again, no matter what. And on the third attempt I got barely halfway down and that was it.
My arms are still not strong enough to support my body!

Today I started with week five and did 12 push-ups on the ground, but on my knees. Though that seems way easier than the inclined push-ups at my couch table, at least it felt easier for me. So I'll keep doing the inclined push-ups (it's better for my knees anyway *lol), till I'm strong enough to do them on the floor. I'll keep trying once a week!
