... and that is truly great, noname, but I'm afraid this is where I have to bow out.

As far as I'm concerned, we've reached a point where it's harder and harder for me to add so many push-ups to my training on a daily basis. I've been using them as a warm-up before my lower body days (but 70 push-ups can't be considered as a warm-up any more); and as a finisher on upper body days (but again, adding 70 push-ups when your arms, chest and back are already toast isn't exactly the most pleasing thing one might look forward to).

Of course, I could keep doing the push-ups throughout the day, but I'm afraid the benefits would be negligible, so...

It was still a great ride and I'm very happy I did it. I didn't take the time to count, but that's sure a hell of a lot of push-ups I did thanks to the Pushers. My form and recovery time are better than they used to be. And I'll keep cheering on those who are still in, of course.

I know what you mean Redline and I second all you said above, the same here - I therefore will also take my leave of the pushers at this point! But I won´t stop cheering the rest of you on, on your awesome journey!

I'm sorry to see you leave the Pushers. guys, Redline TheLibrarian. But I perfectly understand your decision.
I've been thinking about leaving too, because the rep count is getting pretty high at this point.. And yes, no longer a warm-up.
But-- I'll keep pushing, let's just see how far we can take this..!
