    Hi, and welcome to the Pushers.! We do push-ups, and you should join in.


    Rules
    • Push-ups are done, by each and everyone, in total for the week.
    • You could do a certain number of push-ups per day or all in one go-- it's up to you!
    • All types/ variants of push-ups are accepted (lost for ideas? here's a few), as long as you stay true to the weekly reps

        Yeah, I see the miscommunication-- I was thinking about the actual calender, week 8 (February 20th - 26th). I'll redo it, week 2 looks more appropriate.

              OK, for the record, I just did week 1, so I'm on par with you guys.

              And off the top of my head, I'm pretty sure that LeicaEnergizer, inbetween, Clouclou , John_Salt and Sevalys could also enjoy the challenge.

                    I think I'll just try to get the reps done with Handstand Push-Ups (supported though)

                    Let's have fun... this week will be busier than the other ones because it's already half gone (turn sideways to see my variation)
