Just needed to vent. I have been trying to lose weight since July 2018 after I had my baby on May 31st. I gained alot of weight from the pregnancy and I have already lost the baby weight but I was kind of overweight to begin with. I started to lose weight fast at first but I just can't seem to budge since that initial weight loss. I am doing kickboxing 3-4 times a week, Darebee workouts 2-3 times a week, I am a super active mom and I enjoy running and hiking. My nutrition is good but I do have hypothyroidism which I take medicine for. Ahhhhhh I am just so frustrated. Mentally I feel great. I love to be active so this won't stop me but it has just been one of those days. Don't really expect anyone to read my ridiculous rant but if you have thanks for listening 😁
