    Grumbly, sore, and sick

    So, took today off due to illness, grumble grumble. My knees are acting up which has resulted in me going to a physiotherapist, grumble grumble. Said physio has told me to stop all exercises that are high impact and/or require me to use me knees (which limits me to pure upper body/ laying down abs) BIG grumble grumble, how'm I going to finish Iron Will this way????

    I'm just being a suck and know it's better to slow down and make sure my knees are ok.

    I'll just take my aggravation out punching an orca.

        Hugs, got stuck with a bad knee for a few months a few years ago... Upper body exercises are the way to go until the knee gets better. Wishing you courage!
