This one wasn't bad. My daughter picked it because it had no push-ups. There were days that it was technically true, but the shoulder taps and up-and-down planks tested the edges of that description. It's a very good all around program, with strength, cardio and flexibility days. Some of the yoga days are worth pulling out on their own and doing on their own.
I didn't find it very taxing, but my daughter did (13 not very active normally).
