About 20-30 minutes. But I also skipped the breaks a lot.
Previous efforts with the breaks were 30-45 minutes.

    Carbon & Dust: A Review

    Overall - interesting.
It's a level 4 program and it will drive that home. This was my third attempt (2 times last year) and I finally finished it.
Exercise wise, it's not bad at all. It is intense and having some combat skills and a good level of aerobic fitness will really help with this one (I came off a half marathon in early March).
I'm sorry Neila, but the plot and story for the book that was wrapped around the exercises was bog standard. Sorry, but I'm more into stuff like the Quantum Thief, Virga sequence, Gamechanger, etc. It's at least as good as a lot of space operas being published currently though. Phrasing was odd at times - like two people were writing the book.
But, the way the exercises were tied into the plot was good and interesting.
The level of intensity was very nice - the skills required weren't outside my wheelhouse.
I would recommend this program to those that are already very fit, and they'll get a lot out of it.
Working...
