  • Half-Marathon Training Program, Runner's Yoga, Stretching for Runners and L-Sit Prep

    I've been using these four since December 15 and successfully ran a half marathon March 7. The Yoga for Runners is excellent, though I do wish Darebee would do some more of these (plus a video). The Stretching (really post-run stretching) is great and helped keep me from being a big old knot after a run.
    L-Sit Prep is a tremendously challenging workout and there's always something new with it. If you use it, get some yoga blocks or some parallettes to make your life much easier.
    All in all, it's a great combo and I'd recommend it to those that want to tackle a half-marathon.
    I do wish Darebee would add some more Yoga for Runners as warm-up and cool down sequences.
