    The starting point for my fitness journey

    When I discovered Darebee back in 2018 (thank you Monstah! Critter Fitness Society!!!) I has in really bad shape fitness-wise. After some starting troubles with the normal workouts the Foundation program started me up and got me into the habit of working out regularly.

    But what really got me going was the Daily Dares and challenges! Their gamification aspect and sharing successes with the community made all the difference.

    Now I've been working out regularly for almost a year and a half, recently got into Krav Maga and bike regularly to work and back in addition to my Darebee workouts, challenges, Daily Dares and programs. I use Darebee mealplans and recipes as one of my main resources for nutrition, and the articles on fitness topics are always great to read.

    Overall, I never thought there would be so much to discover with any fitness resource. I can confidently say that Darebee changed my life.

      Fremen 1 year of exercise streak what is that? Even when I was training for Worlds in karate I took days off. How?!

        Even a light workout like stretching or yoga is considered a day of activity or active rest, so it is easier to train every day krpted
