Thanks for this! I've been eyeing the program but didn't know how effective it would be. I'm currently doing the Military fit Program and will probably do ironborn next!!

Raven1s Good stuff! I'm 8 days away from finishing "30 days of gravity"...I chose that one because I've had a bad ankle sprain for the last six weeks and I've able to still do the program. I will also say that I'd made a start on "Hero's Journey" using the hammer and ribbon as my weapons (dumbbells and martial arts)...I got 18 days in before I picked up my injury (unrelated) but that program had me feeling really, really strong. I'm going to tackle that again when I'm back to 100%. What did you think of "Spartan Trials"?

    Ironborn program review

My first Darebee program was “Ironborn”.

i chose this one because I was used to Dumbbell training and liked the idea of following an established 30 day program. I have a real problem with procrastination and not sticking with a routine, mainly because I keep wanting to try something else.

I stuck with the program this time and it was awesome!

”Ironborn” appears to be based on a classic “Push,Pull,Legs” routine with a day for abs as well. This suited my needs as I was essentially doing weights six days a week, with workouts that were intense and didn’t take hours to complete. I was also able to complete every day without delays as I didn’t pick up any injuries,a sign of a well thought out program.

My family and coworkers commented on how I looked noticeably stronger and I definitely felt more “buff”. I was really proud when I finished day 30!

Overall it’s a great dumbbell program with some additional abs work. I recommend it for anyone who wants to gain muscle in a structured program. I’ll probably take it again at
    some point.
