    Strength Protocol

    This was a tough one. It yielded good results (I'm stronger than I was) and pushed me and it's very difficult. But I think it's difficulty level should be stepped up to a 5, especially with the pull-up and chin-up options, even if you use assistance bands. Why? Well, the last week has L-sits, pistol squats and one handed push-ups (and Darebee's prep workouts for those are level 5).
    Anyway, it's tough. I thought I could do it, but the end was brutal. I'd suggest to the staff either raising the level or changing it up to emphasize building up to L-sits, pistol squats and one handed push-ups.
