    Pity I can't put two or more icons on the subject line, so you'll have to put up with them here.

    Ok, I did this as a follow on to Ironborn and I feel it worked well. I did the optional substitutions of alternating dumbbell curls for back fists and renegade rows for shoulder taps. I think that worked well for me.
    I liked that it made a nice 'sequel' to Ironborn for me. I continued to gain bulk and definition in my arms, so yay! I also used Indian clubs with raised arm circles and raised arm holds for a little extra oomph.
    As the program progressed the number of sets increased on part one of each day, so budget time for that.
    Also, I don't like the words "push-ups to failure." But I did get used to them. And you should too.
    Finally, if you are working on pull-ups, you will see a decrease in your max number of push-ups if only due to fatigue.
    I recommend this workout and suggest using dumbbells with it.
