    Thank you

    This is exactly what I was trying to find. When I was in high school, part of our basketball practice sessions was what they called “the dirty thirty,” 30 one-minute exercises (wall sits, jumping jacks, etc.). You gave me that back and so much more. I now have a program I can implement on work days and I won’t lose the progress I’ve made in the last couple months while laid off.
