There are a variety of workouts at a variety of levels so you can always find SOMETHING do-able even if you are a basic beginner with just a yoga matts worth of workout space.... and yet you will still find some challenges here even if you are fit as a fiddle with all kinds of room to run and access to heavy objects to lift.
