      So the link between a sedentary lifestyle and a decrease in mental fluidity as we age correlates to immune activity.
      I definitely find exercise mentally stimulating, nice to know it appears to be providing a double benefit in the long term!

        I think fitness is somewhat holistic. It puts you on an upward spiral that have a net positive impact on your whole life.

        Being more fit probably means better brain function, but just generally means getting more out of life.
