Depending on how many pull-ups you can do in a row (see HellYeah's opening post), each pull-up can count for more than 1 point.

And just so you know, in case I haven't explained it already: one way to progress with EMOM workouts is to add minutes first (with the same rep number). Once I can do 15 minutes with a given number of reps, I add one rep (or 2 for easier, unilateral exercises) and go back to 10 minutes. It's been working all right so far.

I did a EMOM supersets mix with a 2min-1min pattern.
          Alternating with Wall-Handstand and PushUps
So I did a RingPullUp set every 3min
          6-5-4-6-5-3-6-4-5-3

First time doing Sally up challenge. Did 19 seconds I will count 3 points for pull-ups (neutral grip) and 3 points for hanging. (3+3)*4=24 for the team

VacTom Did you try to hang between pullups?
If yes ...that's "insanely" great to try...
                        ... you would hang 3:25
                        ...doing 30pullups...
                        in one go...

Seriously: I did the SallyUp-Challange with single hammer grip pullups, that was hard enough. I could not do it with regular grip. But it is a good trainig to try it from time to time.
So try again... and have fun.

To be honest, I got this idea because of you I saved one of your old posts about pull-ups and I am going to try to follow it for a bit finally. About the "hang between pullups" question...I did hang for the full duration and failed on the fourth pullup, which is my limit for now.
