          100 / 100 today. No clue why but it felt extremely easy.
          10(11) / 56 - terrible awful horrible. Attempting to fix it.

          However please know this is a place where you're supposed to post on a daily basis -= not just once =-. The purpose is to help everyone be motivated to join in and build a healthy and helpful routine, especially those of us that do not do physical exercise that often.

          ivmdrd please feel free to join back in at any point there's no way you can be worse than me at this point ( *cries* :'( )

                I know that it's technically 100 pushups and 100 abs - but since I really shouldn't be aggravating my elbows - perhaps 100 legs instead of pushups for me? Hmmm....
