What do you do when you feel you're getting hit from all sides? Why, you fight back, of course!

Our newest Sunday challenge focuses on combat moves, for those of us who may need to let off some steam. And everyone else who fancies and , come to think of it.

You have a few days to practice, and share your results in this very thread.

If you're relatively new to Darebee and wondering what this is all about and how it works, go no further than our FAQ.

If you still have questions, feel free to ask them below.

And of course, don't hesitate to join in, and/or tag anyone who could be interested!

Unsure if I'll be able to record, but practicing should be fun regardless.

Yeah, it should be part of what makes the challenge difficult as fatigue sets in. The key is to set your mind on "right-right-left-left" and make it your mantra for a full minute.

I would join in, but trying to stay away from kicks until I am sure my back is ok.

                          First try:
                          30 rounds in 60 sec
not bad since it was at the end of training

Remember guys, no spoilers! Give your results next Sunday, or later if you can't do the challenge before.

Redline here we are at the point again as before, where we were talking about speed vs short/long legs and arms..but mainly legs
Do you remember? I've found it it's here !!
I got also angry the other day because of number of steps. When I do long fast steps its almost 100 cm long ! ( i meassured it😁) Average is less for sure. But to make 10 000 steps I have to walk a pretty far distance ...and that to ,fold, my long legs takes longer time then to shorter Bees.

                              How long are your steps?
                              〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️
Edid: I was reading the explanation from Damer again.

He said that ,,Length does not matter...."😁😇 OK I will stop my writing at this point...
