          This Challenge was very challenging!
          I really enjoyed the workout!
          I usually dread doing squat jumps, but after completing this workout I have built up my confidence!
          I look forward to participating in any future Challenges!

                Great video, j5f6r5y ! I really enjoyed the setting... and the music.

                To be honest, jump squats (like burpees) are something I have a love/hate relationship with. They're really beneficial for all sorts of obvious reasons and being able to do a lot in a row feels great, but getting better at them is exhausting. So, this is a challenge I've had in mind for quite a while, but have also been dreading because that feeling you get when you're trying to keep jumping but your body says "no" is just awful.

                      Oh wow, first attempt and I made it to 6 sets. I felt the BURN at number 5, just like others have experienced! Going to practice this one and see if I can make it to 8 sets

                        This is the last day of June. I’m done, just SO done with this month. I made it to 5 rounds yesterday, and today, I got to SIX. Six rounds. I’m calling it a win🥳

                        I still have all those daily dare squat step ups and the challenge squats to do!!😩 My legs are burning!!😝😂
