    I can't guarantee this challenge will give you the physique of a Greek statue, but it may help...

      Oh my... It's only been a day since HJ made me do 200 jump squats and I still very much feel the effects... I'll see what I can do.

          OMG ....I was happy to see a new challenge but jumping squats to failure could kill me...Good luck everyone and be careful with your kneesπŸ˜‡πŸ‘πŸπŸπŸπŸ

                          Ouch I echo Miss_Dada on concern about the knees, but I want to accept this challenge! Unfortunately I think I'm going to need to break up a squat hold in order to make a longer time, so... guess it's jump squats for me! I can feel my quads crying already
